The view from lakeview room is very charming. The water world recreation club was fun too, with many varieties of jacuzzi. The food (breakfast and dinner) are delicious, the best redeeming factor for the hotel. Overly priced. For the price they charged, the hotel had clearly lacked the attention to details. For instance, the hot spring facility is out for renovation, but they failed to keep the guests informed. The water world facility required guests to purchase swimming cap, which for a hotel that charged such high price should just provide as a perk to their guests. The ambience also does not match up to a 5 star hotel exclusivity. The decor in the room is too outdated and badly needs a refresh. The service of the staff was very disappointing, the worse I ever met in Taiwan. |

Extremely friendly service, good view of the room and is clean, good food and good pool. More ffrequent ree shuttle bus service to and from the Taichung airport and TaiChung HSR will be good. Though, when we requested, they provided the service straightaway as complimentary. |
