房间宽敞舒适，非常干净，设施齐全，设计现代简约。有一个可以看到花莲港海景的阳台，早上还可以上六楼天台- 看日出。免费WiFi, 早餐丰富可口。职员亲切有礼，没看到我下去吃早餐还致电房间询问，服务很贴心。有洗衣房可自助洗衣、烘干。-

酒店位置略微偏僻，周围吃东西不方便，路过的计程车也较少。但可让酒店职员电召计程车，去市区或自强夜市用- 餐。

靠近花莲海滨

店长在我们表达取消房间后，态度相当不友好，又不愿意以餐饮以外的其它消费方式消费，导致我们承受很高的损- 失，总之，给我们带来极为不佳的入住体验

酒店靠在海边 清晨可以看见日出 距离松山会馆很近 走路很快就可到达

浴缸实在是不好 因为浴缸完全是由水泥砌出来的 虽然淋浴还算方便 不过出入感觉有些高了

Friendly and helpful staff. Booked taxi to Taroko for us and quickly called taxis at other times. Nice view of the sea and port. Small shop very close by. Design of the balconys was great and an unusual feature.

the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn t do enough to help us.the breakfasts were a mixture of american and chinese but every thing was very fresh and appetizing.we also found a nice restaurant called "escoffier" just to the left of the hotelwhich was really cheap and served some european type food

the hotel is quite a way out of town but there are lots of nice parks nearby.

It is clean. Bathing water is good.

1) The staffs were not honest.(When we ask for check-in around 1 pm, the staffs said that all the room were booked and there were not any room clean for us to check in. We book 2 rooms btw. Laterly, I ask them to check it out if any room empty although not clean, for us to put the luggages in. They said their clean staffs will be at work around 1 pm, nobody to clean the rooms, and they insist on check in at 3 pm. I said we have 2 kids, want to use the bathrooms, to put the luggages in, to have a rest for a while. They finally let us check in with 2 clean and empty rooms.) 2) 14 days to cancle the registeration. I asked to cancle the registeration 10 days before checking in, the staff in Gaoxiong was very polite, and help me to cancle. However, the hotel manager in Hualiean insist on that I have to pay 100% of the room fees if cancel, because their rules for free canceling is 14 days before the checking in day. 3) Hotel staffs are NOT polite. they do not smile, staring at the guests without helping of anything, like telling us where is the lift. 4) position is not good, far to train station. 5) hotel fees are TOO expensive companring with the services they provided. around 180 us dollars, not as good as SUPER 8 in the States.

The hotel is a very modest one, with only a few staff members and a very small dining area. Their service is amazing though and they really go out of their way to make your stay a memorable experience. I had the pleasure of getting free transportation to and fro the train station, as well as the nearby night market. They were also very helpful with regards to transportation options to Taroko Gorge, and eventually I got free transportation to the pick up area for the Taroko shuttle. Despite the modest scale of the hotel, the room is very well maintained and equipped, and does not feel like a budget hotel at all.

The staff are very helpful and friendly , it is worth staying and wl choose this hotel the next time agains if we wl to visit hualien .

The manager came to fetch us himself when the hotel has no staff to drive guest between hotel and the train station at our requested times at 1 pm. He is so humble and helpful to give us tip to visit the Pine Garden , which is a mere 5 minutes walk away, while we were waiting for check-in hour at 3 pm. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to city shopping area + night market, and 5 minutes walk away to the nearby beach.
