很干净，而且我们预订的双床房，听说我们有小孩子，就帮我们升级为大床房了。早餐，简单但是味道不错。

酒店很小，电梯和走廊都很小，而且有点旧

Good service, free flow of coffee/tea, cookies.

We stayed in a family room and the bathroom doors did not have a lock on it. Not sure whether that's the design but a lock on the doors would offer more privacy for those using the bathroom even if occupants are family.

We picked the Quality Inn for the contemporary boutique style and the location, and it did not disappoint on either. The deluxe room we were in was light, spacious and well equipped, the bed was huge and very comfortable and it was all very clean. The included buffet breakfast was great (not much western food, but the Chinese selection was very tasty). Although the staff spoke limited English, they were very friendly, helpful and were able to assist with all our requests. I would recommend the Quality Inn to anyone looking for comfort, style and value for money in Hualien.

The only downside was that there was not an on-site bar, or restaurant for dinner, as we found the availability of both within the area a little limited.
