设施不太新，楼顶游泳池有点小。

大堂太乱，楼下名牌店林立，不太适合带孩子出游家庭，适合商务或成人爱shopping奢侈品族群

The pool and spa

Lobby and dining area were exceedingly hot. The hallway and our room entry reeked of cigarette smoke though this is a non-smoking facility. I was offered a news paper upon check in that was never provided. Unable to get a taxi at the hotel entry, having to walk down to the street.

Good location with easy access to public transportation

Too expensive

Staffs are good and polite. Spacious room and good location. Breakfast good with lots of variety of food.

Restaurant for breakfast quite crowded during weekends. Staffs made a lot of noisy when cleaning the rooms and banged doors all the time when going in and out of rooms.

the hotel is a non smoking hotel but there are people smoking in the rooms. the hotel is a popular reception for events and wedding. too many visitors come to the room area and was very noise.

All of the staffs were so nice. Especially, one of the night managers, Mr. Joel Tan, provided us with a wonderful support for our comfortable stay. His dedicated attitude toward customers represented the perfect quality of the hotel.

中山エリアの便利な場所。徒歩で行きたいお店があったのがとても良かった。電車やタクシー利用で、移動もス- ムーズ。スタッフは日本人も数名いて、その他のスタッフは英語で対応してくれるので、非常によかった。 地下にサウナがあるのもとてもよかった。

ラウンジが思っていた以上にカジュアル。もう少しラグジュアリーまたは、洗練された雰囲気だとよかった。
