洗手间里面的马桶和浴缸都是顶级享受，小朋友觉得特高级。早餐也很丰富，用餐环境很优雅！最关键整个人员感- 觉素质很高，服务感觉非常亲切和周到。临走去赶高铁忘了手机，不到20分钟就让的士送到车站，并不忘电话告- 知。地理位置也很好，打的去故宫博物馆、101、国父纪念馆、高铁站、松山机场等都在200元台币左右，而- 且离捷运站步行仅5分钟的路程，硬软件都极佳的酒店！

员工很满意。专业度，态度都好。虽然有一位员工错把VISA当银联刷卡操作了，但是马上就有其他员工纠正。- 责任心很强。 门童也很热心。

The service was very good, the staff were very welcoming and polite. They made sure our comfort was their top priority. This hotel has been rated one of the top ones in Taiwan, yet the price is quite reasonable.

There's no swimming pool due to the age of the building, but that's nothing to be picky about.

Very friendly staff speeking good english. A good restaurant a a good breakfast. I recommend staying here. 50m to three 7/11, 300m to the subway. Haircut also around the corner and very friendly. Gym was well equiped.

Nothing negative about this hotel. Book!

Excellent level of services,the level of services surpassed many intn'l five stars hotel with their efficiency, warmth and friendly service. Personal checkin service, like sitting down and then being shown to your room is very good.

The toilet flushing seems not funcrion well.

We had a pleasant stay at The Landis! The reception was welcoming and we were led to room by the staff who checked us in. We stayed in a Standard room, but it was rather spacious and toilet had everything we needed - bathtub & "intelligent" toilet bowl. Service provided was of professional standard, all staff were very polite and out to make our stay comfortable. On our 2nd day of stay, we indicated "no make-up room" - when we returned, we received 2-3 notes informing us that they came by (wanting to make up room) but did not enter due to our indication. Also, a replacement hairdryer came within few minutes after I called the reception to inform. Price-wise, I think reasonably priced for a 5-star hotel.

Location-wise, rather quiet and away from action. Some nice f&b places along the hotel stretch but not much retail. Nearest metro is about 5- 7min walk, not as near as I would have preferred... But still acceptable as the overall experience during our 3n stay was a very pleasant and pampered one.
