酒店很温暖，服务好。早餐很不错

早餐選擇性太少，食物不夠新鮮

服务真的是非常好，热情好客，服务有序，房间干净舒适，卫生间大。

离捷运远了点。

神旺的服务真是非常的贴心和细致

酒店的服务人员热情、耐心。酒店硬件条件不错，床很舒适。总体不错。如果时间不太赶，可以出门选择公交车（- 南京林森路口或者南京吉林路口），相对走到捷运站会近很多。

酒店的早餐一般，住了4天，早餐没有什么变化。

Staff very friendly and helpful, anticipating guest needs. Room was well appointed, comfortable beds, nice amenities, great shower and bathroom with nice amenities.

Friendly staff and able to speak in japanese

We had a 3rd person in the room. They ask us to pay extra if we want an extra bed.

The fact that its not a big hotel but somewhat with intimate environment. Friendly stuff, good breakfast buffet and comfortable dining room. The rooms are comfortable, spacey and well equipped.

No swimming pool, bar is closed early at 10pm,

I hope fitness center should open 24hr like any other hotel or residences
