前台接待非常专业，热情，和发自内心的笑容，房间也很干净，可惜隔壁在装修，吵了一点，但是我下回还是我的首选酒店

不含早餐

酒店里中山国小地铁站较近，走路5分钟就能到。周围餐厅特别多，早餐，晚餐都能解决。我住的是离电梯近的房间，还算安静。酒店员工服务还算热情。

房价不含早餐很不好。房间wifi基本用不了，很差劲的网络服务。卫生间设施极为老化，也很小。

房間乾淨整潔 交通停車方便

不平等對待國人,我幫另一位英國籍朋友訂購相同日期及房型 但是飯店卻免費幫他升等大房間,我訂了兩間房間 每間需外加 2000 元才能升等,強烈建議本國人或中國人 下次訂房時 找一位金髮的外籍人士幫忙,這樣才能獲得更優惠待遇

The staff was amazing. The gym correct. The room small but cosy.

Only thing that was not satisfactory was the breakfast. I expect more from a 5 star hotel.

I was able to get a peaceful nights sleep

1.The Hotel is far too big, I would prefer a Boutique Hotel with a small number of Rooms 2. All hotels regardless of size should supply a hearty breakfast inclusive of the room rate. 3. The Hotel needs a greater identity, something that will endure with customers and bring them back again.

Clean comfortable rooms. Well priced.

You need to be careful as certian rooms are cramped with a small window - avoid the 17 on each floor as these are poorly located. The bath tubs are quite high with a ledge running on the side- need to be careful of these. No good restaurants near the hotel.

Response to request was excellent and I was very well looked after. The standard of service as provided by the staffs was high enough for me to recommend the hotel to others.

The wi-fi didn't do well. I wish it could be better.
